•  After registration, login into your account and click on ‘Nirvaan Document Submission Form’ to submit your executive summary 

•  In case of any difficulty, mail your executive summary to nirvana@iiml.ac.in with subject ‘bPlan-Nirvaan10-<team_name>’

•  Business idea in Social Entrepreneurship will be evaluated separately, and there is a special award for this category 

•  We strongly recommend you to work on detailed business plan parallel to the executive summary, this will be required in final stage, a maximum of 8 teams will be selected for final stage 

•  The teams selected for final stage will be reimbursed AC 3-tier return train fare for a maximum of 2 members  

• There can be maximum 3 members in a team, there is no restriction on number of different business plans submitted by a person 

•  The executive summary should ideally have following sections –

o    The business concept

o    Product/Service description

o    Market potential & Customer base

o    Sales & distribution strategy

o    Management team (including any advisors)

o    Financial overview

o    Risks & Key competition

•  Executive summary should be a PDF file not exceed the limit of 3 pages including the cover page; Font style should be Arial 11, 1.15 line spacing

•  Cover page should contain team member’s name and their contact details

•  For Social Entrepreneurship plans append ‘_Social Entrepreneurship’ in the end of file name

•  For Adventure Tourism plans append ‘_Adventure Tourism’ in the end of file name

•  Submission of Executive Summary before 11:59 PM, January 05, 2010

•  Result of shortlisted teams (based on feedback given by judges on executive summary) on January 13, 2010

•  Start of Mentorship Program (for the shortlisted teams only) on January 14, 2010

•  Submission of Detailed Business Plan before 11:59 PM, January 21, 2010

•  Final bPlan presentation at IIM Lucknow on January 24, 2010
